(Backstory about us!) Joelle & William Ferry manage and operate SEE 3 Agency.
We have been blessed to raise 4 kids and married for over 20 years. Joelle is the brains of the operations, and William assists with sales support and business development.
Why Manufacturing Sales?
William: I cut my teeth in manufacturing sales back in 2010 working with a furniture dealer; navigating projects within commercial, government (GSA contracts), healthcare, educational K-12 & higher education. I continued to grow my knowledge within the 'rep world', taking on a senior management role within a multi-disciplinary manufacturing sales rep firm that managed commercial, hospitality, and residential sectors. In 2021, I made a tough decision to leave the industry and focused on home improvement, with a focal point on residential electrical, HVAC, and plumbing services. During my time away, I always knew I would return to manufacturing sales! So....in early 2024, I partnered with my wife, Joelle, to grow SEE 3 Agency, a manufacturing sales rep agency.
What does SEE 3 Agency stand for?

....and the "3" (Three) rhymes with SEE!
The number 3 has many references
- 3 represents the Christian Trinity: The Father, The Son, and The Holy Spirit. As a family business, we respect and honor God, We love the Golden Rule; “So whatever you wish that others would do to you, do also to them, for this is the Law and the Prophets." ~ Matthew 7:12 ESV
- 3 is my lucky number! More importantly, my simplistic strategy by which we help clients:
- 1) Collaborate: We learn where we can help align solutions within the projects to showcase beautiful product offerings within our clients projects
- 2) Curate: We have fun looking at the beautiful product and working internally with the manufacturing partners
- 3) Coordinate: The life-cycle relationship is the most critical piece to the puzzle. We come alongside with our manufacturers to ensure our clients projects have a peaceful closure! And then we have fun on the next project!
- 3 reminds me of my 3 lovely grandmothers who helped raise me with my amazing Mom! I was privileged to grow up and be inspired by those 3 talented women; Grandma Ferry, Grandma Jo, and Great-Grandma Gates! They instilled in me hardwork, discipline, and my wildly-awesome sarcasm & creativity!
